I bring over two decades of technical recruiting experience across both sales and delivery. I've launched startup branches, scaled teams to record performance, and partnered with clients ranging from local Dallas companies to global enterprises in telecom, banking, and technology to achieve ambitious growth goals.
At First Point Group, I'm focused on data center recruitment across both contract and permanent hiring. I support clients from preconstruction through commissioning and operations, helping build the teams needed to deliver projects successfully and scale long-term data center environments.
The relationships I've fostered over my 20+ years in recruiting has given me the opportunity to work with talented people around the world, and I enjoy earning the trust of clients and candidates over time. Many of the people I met early in my career are still part of my network today.
Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, golfing, backcountry backpacking, painting, poker, and firing up the grill for BBQ whenever I can. I'm also a passionate sports fan and spend plenty of weekends following Premier League football and American football.
