Sophie has over 8 years’ experience working within Administration and Support. The in depth knowledge she has gained, has allowed her to build and maintain a strong Client and Candidate care environment whilst developing and implementing internal processes.

Sophie is based in our HQ in London where she is the Group Operations Director. She leads a team of 8 Support Assistants and evaluates the processes used by the team to identify ways in which systems may be made more effective and efficient.
