Paulina is working as Office Manager in the Madrid office, covering the sales support function for Ericsson RSSA and RMED accounts, providing fast, efficient and accurate customer service and advice to Account Managers, clients and contractors on various Telecoms projects in the Sub-Saharan Africa and the Mediterranean regions.

In addition to that role, she is acting as an Office Manager for the Madrid office.
