With a global workforce across 11 offices, we are committed to reducing our impact on the environment and understand the importance of helping our environment and local communities. We make sure to work closely with our clients to address this. Our in-house team of Green House Gas (GHG) Ambassadors are already making changes to reduce our impact on emissions as well as offices doing their part to help their local communities, like donating to soup kitchens and attending clean-up services.
How we help to reduce our emissions globally
We offer employees flexible working. Helping us to reduce travel emissions from employee commutes and saving the need to heat, cool and light offices.
We supply all employees with agile desks and the ability to move from desktops to laptops which is 80% more energy efficient.
We introduce each employee to the Cycle to Work Scheme.
All offices have been removed water machines and only contain main water lines that are connected to filtered machines.
All physical phone sets have been removed from offices and have switched to wi-fi enabled telephone systems.
All offices have removed plastic cups and have placed recycling bins in each office.
There are no hosted servers on-site in each office.
All offices are equipped with sensored and energy-efficient light bulbs.
Reduction in the use of paper in each office and the number of printers to ensure a high energy star rating. All candidates and clients are sent contracts electronically.
All offices contain plants that help to reduce the Co2 levels.
All regions contain Co2 ambassadors to increase awareness of carbon levels and best practices to help the environment.
We have a Carbon offset plan in place with bp target neutral.
All training is taken online to help reduce energy and Co2 emissions.
Old screens, headsets, and desktops are recycled globally.
We encourage our employees to bring lunch to work and suggest "Meat-Free Mondays".
We educate all staff on how they can help lower Co2 emissions and become a greener workforce.
