Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Campaigns: Oversee and optimize large-scale healthcare call center campaigns, ensuring top-tier service delivery and regulatory compliance.
  • Strategic Oversight: Manage KPIs like conversion rates, CSAT, AHT, and FCR, ensuring alignment with client objectives and campaign goals.
  • Client-Facing Role: Collaborate with healthcare providers to tailor solutions that enhance patient interactions and streamline processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead workforce management strategies, ensuring scalability and resource optimization across multiple campaigns.
  • Innovate & Improve: Identify process improvements and use data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.


Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 12-15 years in healthcare campaign management within a call center environment.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Proven ability to manage and deliver compliant healthcare campaigns, understanding key regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Metrics-Driven: Strong track record in driving operational efficiency through campaign metrics like AHT, FCR, and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Skilled at maintaining and growing strong client relationships, providing strategic input to drive campaign success.
