UX Designer-Information System

About the Team:
We are the User Experience Design team within the Information System Department. Our mission is to deliver professional experience design for internal tools, guided by our design philosophy and methodologies. We aim to foster business collaboration, enhance operational efficiency, support informed decision-making, and advance global digital management.
Responsibilities:
1. Actively engage in the entire user design process, including design analysis, strategy, and execution across website and mini-program platforms.
2. Gain a deep understanding of business needs, conduct user interviews and research, synthesize findings into user experience maps, identify and analyze experience issues, develop solution strategies, and drive their implementation.
3. Collaborate closely with product and business teams to ensure high-quality delivery of business requirements, co-create and work on key projects, explore user experience highlights, and maintain the product's core competitiveness.
4. Contribute to team development by showcasing strong aesthetic judgment and systematic design skills, optimizing existing design systems, establishing design guidelines and assets, and enhancing team collaboration to improve quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Web Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in UX design, particularly in web-based environments (experience in mobile/application design is a plus).
• Excellent professional design and visual presentation skills, comprehensive design knowledge, product thinking, and user perspective.
• Preferred experience in B2B product design and large-scale system or platform design.
• Strong collaborative abilities, a results-focused mindset, and a passion for enterprise service products
