FPG is recruiting for a state-of-the-art fibre company. They have innovated new technology which enables telecommunication companies in replacing legacy copper cables to fibre, ultimately cutting costs and increasing efficiency.

They are looking to take on a Training/Development Manager with a background in Fibre. You will be responsible for creating and developing training programs to explain how this new technology works to both employees and their clients.

Location: London

Key responsibilities:
1. Experience of working ‘in the field' and training field operatives in their role.
2. Experience of using and training technical processes with a good understanding of principles used in mechanical operations.
3. Management experience in technical processes ‘in the field'.
4. Competent in activity planning and time management.
5. Self-managing and prepared to travel and deliver international training in the classroom and the on-site.
6. Experience in delivering training to small teams, assessing progress and developing the training programs and delivery methods to achieve to best results.
7. Ability to communicate and develop relationships with end customers.
8. Awareness of Health and Safety.
