FPG Cyber are currently recruiting on behalf of our exceptional client for an Senior Vice President of Sales, based in Atlanta, GA (Remote).
Our client is a global Cyber leader, that provides the most complete Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, managed services, professional services and Identity as a Service (IDaaS), to anyone, anywhere, anytime. They?re a cutting-edge company, dedicated to both their clients & employees opportunity for growth and success.
Due to unpresented accomplishment and rapid scale growth, they?re urgently looking for an SVP Sales Leader who has a successful track record in Enterprise Managed Services and/or SaaS, to build and lead their sales team throughout the company?s next phase of growth.
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader & own the responsibility of collaborating with the team to achieve the revenue quota for the company, whilst maintaining overall accountability for the delivery of revenue commitments.
They will become a spearhead across the company, within the sales function to spend their efforts in three primary areas; Selling, Building & Enabling the Sales Teams and Sales operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team and collaborating with marketing and customer success teams to build sales plans, achieve customer satisfaction and exceeding defined targets
Evaluate current/future sales and go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue potential from existing to prospective customers
Execute and develop highly effective customer acquisition and account expansion models to win new clients and accelerate business within existing clients
Build & promote performance-driven, disciplined sales culture focused on clients, quality and growth
Collaborate with Inside Sales Marketing divisions to integrate metric/ROI oriented tactical demand generation campaigns, focused on driving predictable pipeline conversions
Direct partner-driven sales opportunities with a focus on identifying and building successful relationships with VAR?s, Alliance and Channel partners
Optimize and validate the overall sales process to ensure accuracy, promote awareness of potential deal changes and build a level of scalability for all routes to market
Manage and enforce the consistent use of a defined sales process, data analytics, and a disciplined pipeline and forecast review methodology
Understand products and solutions with the overall portfolio and have the presence of mind to articulate the corporate message and value differentiators to all constituents: peers, staff, prospects, partners, and customers
Develop and communicate the company?s thought leadership and awareness in the industry, including building relationships with industry influencers
Demonstrate understanding of the client’s platform structure, security software used, and how information systems are related between the client and within the client’s industry
Ability to interpret and understand sales & marketing trends and anomalies, articulate the impact to board and senior management, and align or adjust strategic plans to accommodate changing market conditions
Defining, implementing a disciplined sales process and model. Build capacity and leading the sales team to achieve aggressive revenue goals. Establishing sales plans, metrics, and accountability factors
Provide accurate sales forecasts that will be a key factor in overall company planning
Proven track record as a senior sales leader with thorough product/service and experience selling complex solutions within technology, cloud and SaaS environments in growth and mid/ large-scale companies.
Experience designing, leading, and refining the seamless revenue generation process that includes marketing, inside sales, field sales, go-to-market planning, and customer success, and be fluent in proven sales methodologies and planning tools
Proven experience joining an established organization as a senior executive with a demonstrated ability to lead change and deliver quantifiable results
Serve as part of the company?s leadership team with responsibility to lead by example, exemplifying the company?s collegial, team player culture, and actively participating in ?C? level/Board-level discussions regarding overall corporate strategy and performance
Solid knowledge of Identity & Access Management
Identity Administration, Access Management
Access Governance. Core Directory Services
Privileged Identity/Access Management
Knowledge of: Oracle IM, SailPoint, CyberArk, RSA, Beyond Trust
S/W Process Management
Expertise Acquisition & Deployment
10-15 years sales leadership
3-5 years in Cyber Security IAM, and/or Managed Service Sales
Agile, collaborative and driven
Built, Motivated, Mentored and Retained a high performance sales team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong facilitation, problem resolution and cross group collaboration and organizational skills
Strong financial acumen and planning skills; detail oriented with reputation for asking penetrating questions resulting in actionable answers Ideally in the IAM space
Strong track record of team &individual sales success
Solid customer communication skills
Good coaching and people management skills
Ability to travel
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
