    My client is looking for Senior Optimization 2G Engineer for a New Rollout Project with strong 2G Radio experiences.

    Role: Senior optimization 2G Engineer
    Location: Luanda
    Duration: 6 Months
    Start Date: June 2021

    Job description

    • Support planning team for the delivery of all tasks related to 2G pre-launch optimization.
    • Follow-up with all stakeholders to get the SSV (Single site verification) completed after integration of sites.
    • Perform corrective actions to improve the coverage and quality of new sites for 2G.
    • Perform optimization actions to improve KPIs to reach targeted thresholds for SSV and OSS KPIs.
    • Prepare 2G SSV and submit to customer for approval.
    • Support planning team and customer for delivery in managing customer interface.
    • Ensure that all tasks and deliverables are up to customer expectations and avoid any penalty due to poor network quality and performance
    • Have experience of at least 3-4 years in the same network optimization tasks.
    • Capable to perform network parameter audit to check and correct miss configuration.
    • Able to understand the KPIs formals in order to troubleshot and finding NW problems and correct it.
