We are working with a leading IT company based in the region and is supporting them in their search for a a Senior Account Manager - Aviation to be based in their Dubai Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for managing primarily the assigned account / industry
- Creation and Management of pipeline of Sales opportunities in line with the growth plan
- Establishing and maintaining high quantity of Customer Engagement tracked by visit reports, achieving KPI's
- Develop, maintain, and manage the Accounts as per Business Plan
- Ensuring consistency of achieving or overachieving their revenue
- Budgeting, forecasting, reporting and periodic reviews with the Head of Business
- Coordinating with internal teams who are involved throughout the full sales cycle
- Responding to RFPs / RFQs and bidding management
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years minimum of Direct Sales experience in either DEWA, Banking, Emirates Group & RTA Accounts specifically selling Managed Services
- UAE experience of at least 3 years
- Has a qualified network within these Accounts - Existing relationships at Key Stakeholder / Management level is required
- Has experience in preparing RFP's & RFQ's
- Target Orientated - A proven track record of achieving / overachieving their Sales targets
- Can work independently and as part of a team confidently
- Engagement experience at Senior Management level in Techno-Commercial discussions
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
