Our client, an international technology solution provider is interviewing immediately for a Sales Operations Analyst with previous day-to-day experience working extensively with the Sales Team in driving sales and improving sales performance. The successful candidate must have exposure to Tableau or Oracle or Salesforce or MS Dynamics.

Job Profile
As a Business Operations Analyst, your focus will be on reporting and analytics. Your responsibilities will involve developing reports and perform analysis to enable improved sales performance, business planning, and bookings and revenue forecasting. You will support the sales leaders in the areas of reporting, sales tools support, and territory management (Sales Compensation implementation) on regional business operations support basis.

As a Business Operations Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support for Weekly Leadership Meetings, such as:
  • Preparing reports for QTD (Quarter-to-Date) Business Summary, Funnel Coverage, Funnel Add, Deal List, Individual Attain%, Detailed Bookings by Product group.
  • Take Minutes on the call, follow up action items.
  • Ensuring proper inputs and support for Forecasting reports, and participate in Forecast Review Calls, noting any major deals change and impact
  • Working with the Sales Compensation team to upload any changes to Sales-Incentive-Plan tool (Anaplan)
  • Participating and support Quarterly Business Review by ensuring that Sales Reports on Tableau are accurate
  • Participating in Yearly Annual Operating Planning
  • Providing historic analytics reports on adhoc basis
  • Responsible for Sales Order mapping to Anaplan, ensuring that respective Salespersons get recognition for each Order booked
  • Providing basic Systems support to Sales team for SalesForce.Com, Tableau and Anaplan
  • Providing other Sales Operations support such as tracking updates on SFDC for Leads Management, Forecast inputs, and Sales attainment
  • As part of the Global Business Operations team, be the go-to person for
  • Providing other Sales Operations support such as tracking updates on SFDC for Leads Management, Forecast inputs, and Sales attainment
  • As part of the Global Business Operations team, be the go-to person for assigned systems such as Tableau, Anaplan, SFDC, Forecasting Tools etc.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or related fields.
  • Strong understanding and user-knowledge of CRMs, especially SaleForce.com (SFDC) or MS Dynamics, and Enterprise Applications (Oracle).
  • Good understanding of sales operations funnel/pipeline tracking, sales attainment tracking, sales forecast and related analytics.
  • Knowledge of enterprise (B2B) sales process and sales tools such as Anaplan will be an added advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheet (e.g. Microsoft Excel or Tableau) and Powerpoint is a must, and Business Intelligence reporting tools (OBIEE or others) is a good-to-have.
  • Able to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Good communications skills and working language requirements in English and Spanish.
  • Having an eye for details and accuracy.
