First Point Group is working with a Leading Global Communications Company based in the UAE and is supporting them in their search for a Sales Manager - Transformation Services to be based in their Riyadh Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Sales Plans and Account Strategies to drive growth, new revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Promote the company’s value proposition and align business development with long-term strategy.
- Achieve sales, revenue, and payment collection targets as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Collaborate with teams to align business and technology solutions, including financial models.
- Lead the identification and proposal of solutions using company products, services, and partners
- Maintain a strong understanding of Telecom Service Provider operations, including network, business development, and contract delivery
- Ensure delivery aligns with customer goals and TCTS’s value proposition
- Work with service assurance to design delivery models that maximize customer value
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and develop executive sponsors within client accounts
- Cultivate a network of local alliances and manage key client partnerships
- Manage sales pipeline, projections, and payment schedules
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and internal dynamics to drive account ownership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Solutions, Finance, Products, and Delivery
- Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and market intelligence
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the Telco, ICT, or IT industries
- Strong network and experience working with local OEMs, SIs, platform providers, and CSPs
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a strong desire to drive revenue growth
- Proven experience in acquiring new clients, particularly large service providers
- Comfortable contributing as an individual contributor and confident in leading the transformation services business across the Kingdom, positioning themselves at the forefront
