Senior Account Manager – Telecommunications & Technology Solutions

What You’ll Do:



  • Achieve and exceed sales targets across your allocated territory, focusing on both existing and new customers.
  • Build deep relationships across multiple stakeholders (Product, Pre-Sales, Sales, Retention, Service & Carrier Management).
  • Understand your customers’ businesses and the market to influence buying decisions and expand share of wallet.
  • Execute strategic account and territory plans, ensuring consistent delivery of the company’s brand promise.
  • Manage your pipeline effectively, qualifying opportunities and mitigating churn proactively.
  • Participate in customer steering committees and contribute to long-term brand positioning.
  • Leverage automation and productivity tools to enhance customer engagement and reporting.


What We’re Looking For:



  • Matric required; tertiary qualification an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management within telecoms, IT, or technology services.
  • Strong understanding of the broader telecommunications landscape and key channel dynamics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning CRM and productivity tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and business acumen skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and action-oriented with a genuine hunger to grow the business.
