Relationship Manager – Indonesian Bahasa Speaker (Malaysia)



Role Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention within the Indonesian-speaking market. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, growing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions in a fast-paced financial services environment. 



Key Responsibilities



  • Achieve individual and team sales and performance targets
  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients through personalized support across voice and digital channels
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with clients and provide ongoing updates and insights
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and prospecting
  • Deliver tailored solutions based on client needs and market conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery
  • Maintain accurate reporting on activities, performance, and pipeline
  • Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and industry news
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies at all times


Requirements



  • Native Indonesian Bahasa speaker with strong English proficiency
  • Proven experience in sales or relationship management, ideally within financial services
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, particularly forex/CFD products
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field


Preferred



  • Experience in brokerage or trading environments
  • Leadership or team management exposure
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks within financial markets
