First Point Group is working with a leading IT company based in the Middle East and is supporting them in their search for a Regional Sales Head - Cloud to be based in their Riyadh office.

As a Regional Sales Head, you'll wear two hats – achieving ambitious sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences that drive long-term loyalty. Here's how you'll make a difference:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Strategize and execute targeted sales initiatives to consistently meet or exceed regional objectives.
- Champion Customer Delight: Build strong and lasting relationships with your customer base. Proactively identify and address their needs, fostering a culture of customer satisfaction that fuels positive word-of-mouth and repeat business.
- Expand Market Footprint: Develop and implement effective relationship management strategies to acquire new customers and expand the companies presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Channel Strategy Architect: Define and execute regional sales plans, aligning short and long-term goals with the companies overall objectives
- Develop a winning channel strategy to maximize sales growth through both business-led initiatives and partner channels.
- Customer Champion: Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, crafting solutions, and proactively addressing any challenges. You'll seamlessly collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Growth Catalyst: Identify new opportunities in business lines, customer segments, and geographies to expand the companies market share and revenue.
- Empowering Leader: Mentor, coach, and support your team to overcome individual and business challenges, fostering a culture of high performance and minimizing employee turnover. You'll invest in the growth of your team, ensuring their success leads to organizational growth.
- Collaborative Problem Solver: Work effectively across departments (Finance, Credit, Compliance, HR) to streamline processes and ensure smooth transaction flow. You'll actively seek solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence Champion: Analyze operational challenges within your region and propose impactful process changes for optimal alignment.

Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of Sales experience working with IT Cloud services companies
- Has very strong Private Cloud experience
- Minimum of 4 years experience within the KSA market
- Has the ability to Hunt & Farm whilst also leading, mentoring and motivating his / her team members (Team of 5+)
- The ideal Candidate should come with a ready made data base of connections and contacts within IT Cloud Service Companies
- Must be an Arabic Speaker
- Must have a Transferable Iqama
