FPG is recruiting on behalf of our client, they architect the future of connectivity in the telecommunications industry. They are looking to onboard a customer-facing Project Manager with experience managing multiple projects ideally in Telecom Billing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Craft detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear project goals and objectives.
• Build and lead a project team, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Create contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges.
• Oversee project expenditures to ensure they stay within budget.
• Regularly report project costs to stakeholders.
• Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and achieve project goals to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Identify and engage with project stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with the project outcomes.
• Handle scope changes by evaluating their impact on timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Seek and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices in project management.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

• Proficient in Telecoms Billing, OSS/BSS, and CRM systems.
• Well-versed in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.
• Experienced with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, Trello, and similar platforms.
