The Mission:
You will lead the vision, build, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and growth of our client's brand new Travel eSIM product to deliver an excellent customer experience and new revenue streams across the group.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks:
- Deliver and maintain an excellent Travel eSIM app and online customer experience for all target markets and brands.
- Own the P&L performance of the Travel eSIM product.
- Work closely with operators to build and maintain the product to meet their needs and those of their customers.
- Implement and maintain a seamless onboarding process for new operator Travel eSIM brands and initiatives.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap.
- Manage and select required vendors.
- Keep key stakeholders updated on product KPIs.
- Identify and leverage resources across the organization to maximize the product's success.
- Become the subject matter expert for Travel eSIM, closely monitoring the Travel and Travel eSIM market for opportunities to improve the product and its performance.
Experience:
- Experience building, launching, and leading customer-facing digital products, preferably Travel eSIMs.
- A good balance of technology and digital customer experience knowledge.
- A demonstrable understanding of mobile networks and the Travel eSIM market.
- Experience communicating at CxO level.
- Experience leading and directing multiple parties to deliver excellent digital products and experiences.
- Public speaking experience.
