We’re seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant who thrives at the intersection of technology, transport, and client engagement. In this role, you’ll support market expansion efforts by helping design and position intelligent transport system (ITS) solutions that address complex mobility challenges.
Working directly with the Market Leader for Morocco and a broader regional team, you’ll help public transport agencies and operators envision a smarter, more efficient future - through technology.
What You’ll Do
Understand Client Needs
- Engage with transport authorities, operators, and mobility stakeholders to uncover their challenges and goals.
- Lead discovery sessions to gather business, operational, and technical requirements across scheduling, ticketing, real-time passenger information, and more.
Design and Demonstrate Solutions
- Translate client needs into tailored ITS solution proposals covering scheduling, planning, vehicle tracking, fare collection, and data analytics.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions.
Support Competitive Bids
- Prepare technical and commercial responses to RFPs and tenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft pricing models, risk strategies, and implementation plans.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Coordinate closely with marketing, product, implementation, and finance teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with market demands.
- Provide market feedback to guide product development.
Stay Ahead of the Curve
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, procurement models, and competitor offerings.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in transport technologies and regional market dynamics.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Urban Mobility, Transport Planning, or a related field.
- 6-8 years in pre-sales, transport tech, or solution consulting roles.
- Solid grasp of public transport operations (e.g., BRT, fixed-route, DRT, multimodal systems).
- Familiarity with systems like AVL, AFC, ITS, and standards such as GTFS.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in French, Arabic, and English.
