FPG is delighted to have partnered with a leading Telecom System Integrator in the UAE, to support them in their search for a Talented & Passionate Key Account Manager - Mobile Operators.
Job Purpose:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding existing business and driving new revenue opportunities by selling telecom products, solutions, and services tailored to the network requirements of telecom operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key accounts, primarily focusing on Etisalat, along with other telecom network operators in the UAE
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets (specific details will be discussed upon shortlisting)
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with the company's business growth strategy
- Create and manage a Etisalat Sales & Account Plan to drive business objectives
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and periodic business reviews with senior leadership
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience selling to Etisalat
- Strong professional network within Etisalat, with existing relationships at the key stakeholder/management level
- Previous experience managing Etisalat as a Key Account from the operator side
- Proven experience in selling telecom solutions, including 5G, 4G, Data Center Technologies, AI, Digital Transformation for Telcos, IoT, and DWDM
- Experience in engaging senior management in techno-commercial discussions.
- Strong understanding of the latest developments and trends in telecommunications technology, products, and solutions
- Possesses the drive, determination, and tenacity to close deals successfully
- Fluency in Arabic is a must
