    Our client, a leading telecom company is interviewing immediately for an Inside Sales Manager to join their expanding team to support the IT Enterprise Business (server, storage, network, cloud, AI etc.). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure within a fast-growing technology space with one of the world?s leading companies.

    The successful candidate must live in a commutable distance from Dusseldorf and speak fluent German.

    ? Inside sales plays a fundamental role in achieving our goals for customer acquisition and sales growth.
    ? You need to be familiar with making dozens of calls per day, working with sales partners (resellers) and end customers, generating interest, qualifying potential customers and their projects, and closing sales. Furthermore, the responsible area of responsibility also includes the care of existing clients.
    ? As an Inside Sales Manager, you are either trained or studied in the commercial field and have a very strong sales and organizational talent. Your area of responsibility primarily includes the overview of sales activities and how they are carried out. As part of a team, you report to the central organization, but you are in close contact with the region assigned to you.
    ? You should be able to combine experiences and knowledge from the different sales processes and thus make them useful for planning and organizing future sales activities. We expect independent and well-structured action, strong communication skills, empathy and a high degree of flexibility.

    Responsibilities:
    ? Unlock new sales opportunities through inbound lead tracking and outbound cold calls and emails
    ? Understanding customer needs and requirements
    ? If necessary, forwarding qualified opportunities to the responsible sales staff for further development and completion, as well as coordination of the flow of information until the end of a project
    ? Close of sales and achievement of quarterly quotas
    ? Researching customers, identifying key people and generating interest
    ? Maintenance and expansion of your database with potential customers in your assigned area
    ? Working with distribution partners to build pipelines and close deals
    ? Implementation of effective advice on the product portfolio
    ? Cooperation with the regional sales teams and possibly the key account manager
    ? Support and distribution of additional sales impulses with existing customers

    Requirements:
    ? Proven experience in internal sales and / or call-out, ideally, but not necessarily in the IT environment
    ? Track record of exceeding quota if possible
    ? Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls a day
    ? Familiarity with productivity in the company
    ? Experience in working with CRM systems
    ? Excellent written and oral communication skills
    ? Strong listening and presentation skills
    ? Ability to take on multiple tasks at the same time, prioritize and manage time effectively
