We are recruiting for a global telecom company with a strong international presence. As they continue to expand and evolve, they are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join their team as an HR Business Partner for International Operations.

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the established group by providing strategic HR partnerships to five international business units. Reporting directly to the Group Leader - International Operations, the successful candidate will bring extensive international HR experience and a deep understanding of true scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development to drive business success.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes.

Talent Management:

  • Lead talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and nurture high-potential employees.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage annual compensation and bonus processes, ensuring fairness and competitiveness in the market.
  • Collaborate with global compensation teams to align strategies across the organization.

HRIS Management:

  • Oversee the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and timely data management.
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure all business units are in compliance with local legislation and adhere to company policies.
  • Guide HR-related legal matters and collaborate with legal counsel when necessary.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on international HR business partnering.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of true scalability and experience supporting global expansion initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and regulations across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
