Job Summary:

First Point Group are seeking a Head of Permanent (Tech) to grow a team of niche recruiters to work specific tech areas based out of our London office.

The ideal applicant will have a proven background in all areas of Permanent recruitment along with the desire to make a significant impact in our culture and the growth of this new division. Established in 2004 and with a global footprint across Europe, USA, EMEA and ASIA we continue to work as a trusted global partner across our industry. Duties & Responsibilities as Head Of Permanent Recruitment (Tech):

  • Lead sales growth.
  • Designing and implement the Permanent recruitment strategy for this new division.
  • Ability to deliver growth and full P&L responsibility
  • Work alongside the MD & CEO to plan, budgeting and set targets for this division.
  • Developing and managing relationships with potential clients, influencers and key stakeholders within the business.
  • Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities
  • Full awareness of the customer and competitor landscape across these niche areas
  • Leading the development of the service offering for Permanent recruitment, ensuring commerciality and sustainable growth to propel this team forward.
