Summary
As the Head of Data Centre Operations, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth across Europe. You will play a key role in managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the overall success of the data center business.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the European Data Centers division, aligned with corporate objectives.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitive analysis, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
Business Development
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for data center expansion within the European region.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Operational Oversight
- Ensure efficient and reliable operations of all data center facilities in the European region.
- Collaborate with operational teams to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and maintain high service standards.
Financial Management
- Oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and key performance metrics.
- Implement cost-effective strategies while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Regulatory Compliance
- Stay informed on regional regulations and compliance requirements related to data center operations.
- Ensure all facilities meet legal and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing team, offering guidance and support to achieve business goals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work culture that promotes innovation and collaboration.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a focus on service quality and reliability.

Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the data center industry, particularly in the European region.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale data center operations and achieve business growth.
- Strong financial expertise, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of data center technologies, infrastructure, and industry standards.
