Growth Manager (Ecommerce)
Location: Dubai

Our Client is looking for a Growth Manager that is both analytical and creative – a data-driven person that can use technology to build and manage a comprehensive marketing and business development plan. Its a relatively new company planning to launch in coming months, for that Growth Manager will be responsible to execute campaign strategies for user acquisition and active user growth through strategic campaign ideation, creation, and ad operations across both paid social and paid search.

Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, analytics, and creative to meet ambitious growth targets.
- Create and implement marketing strategies and plans that include short, medium, and long-term goals and tactics to acquire new users.
- Find new large and small collaborations with the goal of expanding the user base.
- Partner with our Analytics team to measure the impact of each campaign, and develop ways to scale.
- Work together with our content marketer and designer to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns.
- Create strategies for pre-launch brand awareness through PR and influencer marketing.
- Write appealing advertising and ad extensions with powerful calls to action with the help of our in-house copywriter.

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant Ecommerce and Growth Strategy experience
- 5+ years digital marketing experience, developing marketing campaigns and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, engineering, or quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
- Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.
- An understanding of Google Marketing Platform and Facebook.
- The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans.
- Savvy at tackling complex issues and providing creative solutions while collaborating across multiple teams.
