My client is a International Wireless Telco Vendor and they are looking for Field Managers to join their Team in the USA.

If you have a strong background in Cell Site construction, commissioning / Integration and have the ability to troubleshoot issues then this role is for you.
This is a contract role for 1 year and pays a daily rate that is very competitive along with mileage reimbursement.

There are various vacancies across the USA are within the following markets:
* Detroit, MI
* Kansas City, MO
* Indianapolis, IN
* Seattle, WA
* Portland, OR
* Tempe, AZ

High level requirements:
* Candidate must be in the market and will travel for upto 80% of their time
* Candidate will need their own vehicle but will be reimbursed mileage in compliance with client policies - valid DL is a must
* Client would prefer the candidate to have Nokia and T-Mobile experience.

Summary:
The Field Manager will have a very good understanding of Cell Site Construction, Commissioning and Integration and the ability to troubleshoot hardware/software systems.

Responsibilities:
- Verify that all local Site Construction standards are adhered to
- Manage Vendor activities & conduct daily vendor meetings
- Monitor and manage crew capacity, rollout schedules, payments (PO), Tools, H&S and vendor Quality.
- Review and validate Technical Site Surveys, Scoping packages and Bill of Materials.
- Verification of Site quality throughout the build process
- Create and update project databases
- Accurate reporting of all project activities.
- Ensure timely processing of all closeout data.
- Point of contact for other technicians and customer's technical staff.
- Troubleshoots RBS Hardware and software issues
- Understands and implements RAN, RF and Transmission designs.
- Basic knowledge of RF configuration at cell sites.

Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Two or more years of experience in a network rollout discipline
- Two or more years of experience in wireless industry
- IC&I & Troubleshooting experience in UMTS, LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, & GSM. Certifications a plus!
- Electrical training with some telecommunications experience.
- Moderate to Expert knowledge utilizing Microsoft Tools Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of microwave and fiber transmission concepts.
- Flexibility in working hours and travel. Ability to travel overnight.
- Experience integrating and troubleshoot cabinets and rack mounted equipment
