    Position: Enterprise Key Account Manager (ICT)
    Location: Gauteng – South Africa
    Salary: Market Related + commission + benefits

    I’m looking for an experienced, well spoken and well presented South African award winning ICT Solution Sales expert, for an Enterprise Key Account Manager (ICT) position in Johannesburg (South Africa). This professional will take on the responsibility of growing business revenue, ensuring exisiting clients are satified and identifying new business opportunities within the region. You must have a strong understanding and good experience with ICT products and Enterprise clients in South Africa.

    Duties/Responsibilities:
    ? Develop and maintain relationships of trust with clients
    ? Have a thorough understanding of key customer requirements and needs
    ? Propose solutions that meet their objectives
    ? Responsible for the delivery of products and services to customers
    ? Will be the main communication link between key customers and internal teams
    ? Address, deal with and resolve customer issues and problems
    ? Generating new sales
    ? Prepare and provide regular forecasts and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders (key account metrics)
    ? Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients.
    ? Coordinate with various teams to meet customer expectations
    ? Maintain exceptional organizational skills
    ? Ability to negotiate
    ? Meet deadlines

    Qualification/s Required:
    ? Grade 12
    ? Relevant Degree/Diploma/certificate

    Experience Required:
    ? +4 yrs experience in Enterprise Solution Sales (ICT)
    ? +3 years previous work experience as Enterprise Key Account Manager (ICT)
    ? Able to work independently and in a team
    ? Strong PC and software skills
    ? Basic Technical knowledge and Accounting skills
