FPG are recruiting on behalf of a international technology group for a Data Scientist. The successful candidate will have experience working closely with internal teams to win new business opportunities through Data Analytics / Data Science. If you have extensive experience with RFP / RFI / bids / tenders / proposals then we would love to hear from you.

Scope of the role:
- Work the wider team (the marketing and sales teams) to create and manage all sales materials, such as customer success stories, proposal templates, battle cards, sales decks, and demonstration scripts.
- Oversee the bid process for larger opportunities as a project manager, making sure that all requirements—such as winning themes, prices, and documented responses—are met at each level of the procedure.
- Supporting client proposals and the whole pursuit process, especially for prospects that are "must win."
- Identifying and designing suitable digital solutions in collaboration with customers, account teams, and product solution teams; developing and maintaining artifacts for services offerings

Responsibilities:
- Create presentations and proposals, and assist in negotiating contracts till a successful conclusion.
- Create and preserve connections with important clients, industry leaders, and our client's stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and demonstrations specifically designed to highlight the company's offerings.
- In charge of keeping pricing models up to date for significant bids
- To develop an internal business case view for prospect sales activities, collaborate closely with the PMO, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Support disciplines.
- Give product teams input on industry trends and market reactions to rival solutions in order to shape the roadmap for those solutions.
- Keep an eye on competition, market, and customer behavior and report findings to the company's executive team and other departments.
- Create ways to increase the clientele, such as assisting the sales force by contacting potential customers directly.

Experience:
- Proven capacity to pick up technical knowledge and difficulties fast and convert it into plain and understandable communication.
- A clear commercial mindset that is committed to providing clients with value at all times.
- Outstanding oral and interpersonal communication abilities, together with a high level of literacy and numeracy.
- Excellent communication abilities, able to convey complicated ideas succinctly and clearly.
- Outstanding document creation and writing, usually with a focus on detail, utilizing your typical Microsoft platforms such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other technical management software programs

Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in data science
