About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions for our USA-based projects. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based in Latin America, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data engineering challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and integration.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store both structured and unstructured data.
Develop, manage, and optimize data warehouse solutions to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence needs.
Write efficient SQL queries for ETL processes and performance optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with business requirements.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in data engineering or related roles.
Strong proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and scripting.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake.
Experience working with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid understanding of data warehouse (DWH) concepts and best practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data engineering workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
