Channel Sales Manager – Munich
FPG are recruiting on behalf of our client, an international technology company with an extensive global portfolio of customers, partners and products. This is an excellent opportunity for a German speaking Customer Success Manager / Account Manager with business training / coaching experience within technology sales for enterprise customers / accounts. Any technical experience such as Transmission / RAN / SaaS / IoT / AI / CRM / SalesForce etc. will be beneficial. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with my client?s sales team and sales partners whilst supporting the implementation of products within the ordering process. The successful candidate must have experience within IT or telecommunication products.

Job Description:
– You will be responsible to establish and maintain new and existing contacts whilst working closely with the manufacturer’s sales team and the sales partners
– Identify and develop new opportunities / upselling opportunities
– Support with the creation of account plans and implementation of marketing measures
– Planning and moderation of trainings, events and meetings
– Support of large projects in planning, organization and implementation
– Support with queries in the ordering process
Qualification:
– Training in the commercial field or comparable professional experience
– Min. 4 years of experience in business customer sales (ideally in the connectivity and IT environment)
– High IT affinity, preferably sales knowledge in network technology
– Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a confident and open manner
– Conceptual skills as well as initiative, ability to work in a team and independent working style
– Strong customer orientation and willingness to travel
– German language (fluent/professional)
– English language (good/professional)
