Scope of work:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Consultant to join our global technology team. In this role, you will drive customer engagements from initial lead generation through to successful project delivery, ensuring alignment with the Key Account Manager and customer expectations. You will be instrumental in delivering consulting projects that meet and exceed client expectations in terms of quality, timelines, and budget.
- As a Senior Business Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and leverage your expertise to provide strategic recommendations and solutions that optimize their processes, operations, IT infrastructure, and organizational effectiveness. You will be the bridge between our customers and internal technical teams, ensuring a seamless execution of projects while fostering long-term, profitable business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in customer engagements, starting from lead generation and pre-sales activities to project scoping, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to align on business development strategies and ensure that consulting engagements contribute to overall account growth.
Experience:
- Technology Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, MS Azure, and SharePoint Online is essential. Familiarity with other cloud-based platforms and automation tools is a plus.
- Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Proven experience in analyzing business processes and implementing strategies for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement & Communication: Demonstrated success in managing relationships with demanding clients and effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in working with a demanding client and development team
