Job responsibilities:
- SPEARHEAD for APAC Market Expansion
- Develop targeted marketing strategies based on the situation of local markets and carry out medium to long-term layout;
- Evaluate the competitiveness of overseas market products/solutions,identify opportunities, and clarify goals and customers, product and solution selection and development;
- Undertake regional marketing planning, establish and update customer basic information database, and follow up on key customers based on regional customer classification and grading standards;
- Customer development and maintenance plan, promoting long-term cooperation through visits, receptions, training, daily communication, etc., continuously based on customer satisfaction
- Assist and cooperate with the team and the company in landing and executing large-scale regional projects;
- Track the production and delivery progress of sales orders;
- Responsible for handling customer complaints or returns, following up on payment reminders and timely collection.
Job requirements:
- 10 + years in B2B ICT/telecom sales with proven APAC market records.
- Proven hunter mindset: Thrive in 50%+ cross-border travel with agile deal-closing capabilities56.
- Strategic connector: Deep understanding of telecom decision chains and CXO-level stakeholder management.
- Cultural ambassador: Excel in bridging technical teams and multicultural clients under high-pressure scenarios.
- Possess good market expansion ability and customer service awareness, have a spirit of hard work, and a desire to challenge high salaries. Have excellent business negotiation skills and strong affinity;
- Achievement oriented, full of motivation, strong work initiative, and able to adapt to frequent regional business trips;
- English fluency for C-suite negotiations
- Chinese speaking as a bonus
