Our client, a global top 10 data centre company, are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Asia data centre market.

They are building data centers in multiple countries and have ambitious growth plans in the Asia region and indeed globally. They have the funding needed to do this.

You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. Your expertise will contribute to the success of data centre products, including colocation, cross-border connectivity, local network solutions, and bare metal services.


Market Strategy and Promotion:

  • Develop innovative strategies to tap into untapped market opportunities across Asia.
  • Present data centre technologies to Asia markets with professionalism and strategic insight.

Client Relations:

  • Manage client relationships across the Asia region, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Proactively offer solutions to meet clients' requirements and drive business growth.

Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor global data centre market trends and competitive information to identify new sales prospects.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and adapt strategies accordingly.


  • Work closely with global business sales head and internal departments (legal, finance, design, construction, operations) to align efforts.
  • Foster ongoing collaboration to enhance business outcomes.

Pricing and Negotiations:

  • Assist in determining pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients, ensuring successful deal closures.

Sales Goals:

  • Strive to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • You should be a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for technology and business growth
