Are you an experienced systems architect looking for your next Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) project? I?m currently working with my client based in Japan who are looking for multiple ADAS Architects to work on a long term project on a contract basis. You?ll be pivotal in the project end to end, using your knowledge of automotive architectural frameworks and standards to oversee the production of an assistive driving solution.
Over the initial 12 month contract you will:
? Use your specialist knowledge to create HLD/LLD for an ECU (Engine Control Unit) system project
? Liaise with both the production team and key stakeholders to both establish the requirements and deliver a robust product that adheres to current automotive standards
? Oversee risk analysis and testing to ensure Functional Safety
? Handle customer relationships from Software Development to issue reporting
You will have the following experience:
? Strong experience within the automotive industry, and awareness of working to SPICE, AutoSAR and SOTIF standards
? Have worked on ECU development projects in the past, and exposure to DFMEA or DRBFM
? Overseen end to end product development projects, using CANoe/CANalyzer to aid with ECU testing
? Exposure to security within ADAS products and knowledge of FOTA (Firmware Over The Air) is not mandatory be would be incredibly beneficial

This role is offering competitive rates for a long term contract, and due to the size of the project, there is a view to extend until all phases of the development have been completed.
