    First Point Group Inc., United States is urgently looking for 5G BTS Integration Engineers across 5 different states. We expect to add more locations over the next 2 quarters.

    Detailed Job Description:
    ? Perform Nokia equipment installation, commissioning and integration which consist GSM BTS, LTE eNodeB and 5G gNB, per Site configuration requirement Applicable to all technologies and frequencies including up to 6th sector overlay scope. The job will include some Anchoring sites and you must be able to troubleshoot complex integration process with minimal support.
    ? Be able to install, provision and troubleshoot CSR such as Nokia SAS 7210 and 7250.
    ? Be able to migrate LTE from FSMF to Airscale and UMTS/GSM from FSME/ESMB to FSMF.
    ? Must have an experience of integrating SRAN and AAFIA radio/antenna
    ? Conduct basic call testing, incoming & outgoing voice calls, SMS, speed testing and E911 for at least 200 yards away from the site.
    ? Perform basic walk test or drive test to verify sector swaps.
    ? Commission/Configure MHA?s, RETs and external alarms to T-Mobile specification.
    ? All RETs pass calibration without jamming. RETs set per RFDS
    ? All RET/MHAs detected, labeled correctly and detected in the correct place.
    ? Validate alarm cable connection integrity to 66 block and test ?door open? and ?AC Power Failure? alarms.
    ? Troubleshoot different kinds of integration issues such as SCF, fiber, equipment’s, parameters and other integration related issues.
    ? Troubleshoot different kinds of post integration alarms and issues such as VSWR, RSSI, RTWP, external alarm, sector swap and other service impacting issues.
    ? SFP & RET Validation (FE immediately engage the GC onsite for any issue or problem to be completely addressed prior leaving the site)
    ? Above 300 uW RX for LTE radios. Better than -5 dBm on 3G. This should be submitted following integration. Screenshots from SFP Diagnostics test in the BTS manager.
    ? VSWR 1.4 or better on all lines. RX levels acceptable and not in alarm. No difference greater that 3 dB between lines in a sector. This should be submitted following integration. Screenshots from RF Diagnostics test in the BTS manager.
    ? Conduct basic installation quality check or audit.
    ? Coordinate with the GC on site and work with them for faster and quality works.
    ? Must know how to read and understand RFDS, Port matrix and CIQ’s.
    ? Log in and log out to war room bridge in every site visit.
    ? Must coordinate with war room bridge for any issues facing while doing the integration.
    ? Must provide timely updates to PAG war room and PM every 2 hours.
    ? Must fill up the report and C&I checklist for every site integrated; report and checklist will be provided when starting the project
    ? Upload related files to TI; ex. data testing screenshots, sites photos and others.
    ? Ensure that the site is alarm free and everything is reported to war room bridge any issues that hamper to complete the integration and call testing.
    ? Send a status report to team lead every time the integration and call testing completed.
    ? Send a status report 30 minutes before maintenance window and day mop approval expired. Complete report must follow on the same day.
    ? Follow customer safety procedures and instructions every time you step in to a site.Report any site safety issues and vandalism.
    ? Nokia PTID is highly preferred and OSHA 10+ is desirable. First Point Group will provide 5G cellular phone and lines.
