    This opportunity is for a Key Account Management professional with strong experience in selling Complex Technology Solutions (Date Centre/Networking/Cloud Sales) to Enterprise customers in Southern Africa.

    Job Expectations (Duties/Responsibilities):
    ? Improve organization?s market position and achieve financial growth.
    ? Define long-term organizational strategic goals
    ? Build key customer relationships
    ? Identify business opportunities
    ? Negotiate and closes business deals
    ? Remain updated on current market conditions.
    ? Work with internal teams: marketing and management to increase sales opportunities
    ? Maximize revenue for the organization
    ? Perform New Business development, find new clients and expand the business
    ? Manage existing clients and provide customer service
    ? Create presentations on solutions and services that meet/predict client?s future needs (Needs Analysis)

    ? Resolve internal priorities
    ? Recommend equity investments
    ? Closes new business deals
    ? Coordinate requirements
    ? Develop and negotiate contracts
    ? Integrate contract requirements with business Operations
    ? Enhances organization reputation
    ? Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
    ? Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
    ? Present new products and services
    ? Enhance existing relationships
    ? Work with technical staff and colleagues to meet customer needs
    ? Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
    ? Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels with potential to increase sales
    ? Use knowledge of market and competitors, identify and develop employers unique selling propositions and differentiators

    Required Qualifications
    ? Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, ICT

    Required Experience
    ? +8 yrs Account and Channel sales experience
    ? +3 yrs sales experience in Oil/Energy accounts within ICT industry
    ? Complex technology solutions sales experience (Networking, data centre and Cloud sales to large enterprise customers)
    ? Business development experience
    ? Ability to meet targets
    ? Strong sales, business development and winning new business experience
    ? Proven track record of increasing revenue through leads generation
