Our people may all be very different from each other (the character who’s the life and soul of the party; the tiny and feminine woman who makes a big, ballsy impression on the phone), but they share a common culture of friendliness, frankness, resourcefulness, intelligence and ambition. Ambition
We specialise in global telecoms, and because we want to be able to help our clients meet challenges and opportunities as they arise, we constantly invest in our systems and our skills base: at the moment, for instance, we’re recruiting more staff who are native Mandarin speakers, and growing our database of candidates with emergent technology expertise. Our goal is to be the number one telecoms resource supplier globally, and it’s this shared goal that keeps us ahead of the competition, because it means that all of us at First Point continuously strive to improve the service we offer and the results we obtain.
