Are you a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager looking for an exciting remote role with a rapidly growing telecom software company? FPG has the perfect opportunity for you to play a key role in taking our client's re-branding to new heights.

Position: B2B Digital Marketing Manager
Location: 100% Remote (International travel to tradeshows, expenses covered by the company)
Time Zone Requirement: California working hours

Our client, a telecom software company based in the United States, California, is on an upward trajectory of growth and expansion. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the marketing strategy, collaborating with sales and R&D, and becoming an expert in our target market.

Mission:

Own, develop, and execute the marketing plan for a growing B2B telecom software company.
Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns, LinkedIn posts, HubSpot Website, Google Ads, and more.
Drive rebranding efforts, including logo and brand guidelines updates in collaboration with a third-party marketing firm.
Plan and execute trade shows and events, including international travel opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Develop a roadmap showcasing how our telecom software addresses customer challenges.
Identify target clients, map rival suppliers, and expedite deals through the sales pipeline.
Create compelling content, including case studies, success stories, blog entries, webinars, videos, and newsletters.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective campaigns for our target market.
Manage outside marketing vendors and organize virtual or live events.
Digital Marketing Scope:

Execute email, social media, and database marketing initiatives.
Analyze keywords, assess target keywords, and make recommendations for improvements.
Maintain our online presence on social media platforms.
Conduct conversion tests/experiments and track digital marketing campaign performance.
Assess new technologies for account-based marketing.

Skills:

Compulsory fluent English
4+ years of digital or marketing experience.
2+ years of experience in product management or marketing software.
Strong writing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proficient in website technologies and marketing automation systems (e.g., SEMRUSH, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
Proven management expertise in email, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns.
ABM and LinkedIn marketing expertise is a significant plus.
Creative mindset with a track record of identifying target markets and creating compelling digital ads.
Proficient in website analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, HubSpot) and industry KPIs.
